A cozy stay despite some hiccups

I loved the friendly staff and the easily accessible communal area, which felt more like a home than a hotel. Breakfast was fresh and filling, fueling my daily explorations.

However, the roadwork outside was quite noisy in the mornings, and the parking signage could use some improvement. It was frustrating trying to find my way with luggage through the confusing layout.

The lack of signage for parking directions is quite bothersome!!! Navigating the hotel with a handful of luggage becomes an ordeal given the elevators only operate with a room key!!! Not to mention, the lack of control over room temperature can ruin a stay.

The friendly staff made my stay wonderful by providing thoughtful local dining recommendations and ensuring I was comfortable in my room. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern amenities, including a nice bathroom and reliable air conditioning, especially during the hot weather.

We really enjoyed the funky vibe of the lounge with its guitars and ukuleles available for guests. Having a communal area with musical instruments was a fun touch. Plus, the close proximity to shops and the lovely town made our stay even better, and we were happy to bring our beloved pet along.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly amenities in the hotel.

Had such a lovely stay! The breakfast had good quality ingredients, and the bed was super comfy. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger, but I’d definitely come back!

The room was spacious and beautifully clean. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Maria at the desk, who provided excellent local dining recommendations. the breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of variety.

I wish there were more toiletries in the bathroom as the offered items weren't sufficient. a little shoehorn would also be a nice touch.

This was just a fitting option for a weekend adventure in Saint-Germain-en-Laye with value for price. The staff were friendly and efficiently handled our check-in, which was a great start to our stay. Make sure to ask for a room with individual air conditioning if it's warm outside.
